![]() ![]() I should say that the problem is the same if I connect the Duet wirelessly or through the ethernet connection. All passwords and usernames have been carefully entered for both players and Qobuz players. The same thing happens when I switch between players using the LMS web-control. If I switch between players on the Controller, Qobuz plays on the SB Radio but not on the Duet. This oddness is compounded by the fact that Qobuz does output on the Squeezebox Radio. ![]() All other aspects - streaming radio, BBC Iplayer plugin, Spotify, streaming of my own music - work fine. Ive just opened a service ticket with Qobuz customer service. I am able to stream music from the Qobuz web player if you’re asking if I can stream to the SamsungI don’t see an option to select a different output source (I don’t normally use the Qobuz web player). I’ve tried things in my library and things on Qobuz. However, Qobuz Web Player works flawlessly (but 16/44.1 resolution thru Windows mixer, of course). The issue happens regardless of the source. Reproduction never starts if ASIO or WASAPI exclusive devices selected. All searches, albums etc are displayed as one would expect, and the LMS web-control shows the track as playing, but no sound emerges. More information about my problem: reinstalled Qobuz Studio for Windows (64 bits). Thanks to the help refereed to above, all is working superbly except for the fact that when using the Qobuz plugin, it works perfectly - except fotr the fact that it produces no sound on the Duet. The laptop is used wirelessly, as is the Squeezebox Radio, though the Duet is connected to my BT HomeHub via a mains wired ethernet cable. My music is stored on my laptop and backed up to hard disc. I have the following setup - Squeezebox Duet, Squeezebox Radio and Squeezebox Controller. Ok, I've cleared the cache and played a few songs from the Classic Rock Playlist on Qobuz.Having recently been helped very kindly by others here to solve a problem following a change of internet provider, I now have another (possibly related) issue that I am finding baffling. Second issue is when you first play a track in one quality, you cannot change this quality until this track is in the cache. After few second, depending on the load speed, there player send the meta data next track to the dac. This lets you scroll through various relevant content while. Despite this, Qobuz does have a selection of music-focused articles and interviews available in the Magazine tab of their apps and web player. Has this problem been reported before or have you any ideas how to remedy it? First one is when you play a track at a different quality than the next track. However, no podcasts, audiobooks, or other types of long-form audio content are available, and there’s no way to watch video content. I've tried bypassing the DAC, plugging the speakers straight into my PC and noticed the same click and drop-out - so I don't think the problem is with my DAC. Monthly subscription available at 12.99/month. For a 12-month non-refundable subscription, with a single payment of 129.99. Also, occasionally a 16/44 track will start playing and the sample rate will jump up to 24/96 causing a similar click and brief drop-out. The richest Hi-Res catalogue available for streaming and download. This doesn't happen every time, maybe 70% of the time. When I start playing a Hi-Res track (24/96) my DAC indicates that it is indeed playing at this rate but as soon as the track buffers (typically 5-10 seconds) the sample rate drops to (16/44) and there is an audible click and a drop out, the track then continues playing at the lower rate. I cant say whether or not the web player can do gapless, but I can say that it only uses the default audio interface, so that might cause some issues. The problem I'm having is related to the sample rate. I'm using a desktop PC running windows 10 with an AudioQuest Dragonfly Red DAC, I have Qubuz set to 24bit-96kHz and 'Wasapi exclusive made' selected. I'm currently trialling Qobuz as well as other streaming services and I have to say it would be my favourite but for one problem I'm experiencing. I've just sent this message to Qobuz, don't know how quickly they'll get back to me so I thought I'd post it here to see if anyone else was having similar issues or could offer some advice, thanks.
